SP-TICKET LLC ("SP-Ticket", "we") sells tickets and provides booking services, organises entertainment events, congresses and trade fairs, runs advertising, provides event staff and training, rents equipment, licenses event formats and conducts audience research. This policy explains what happens with your data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Ticket buyers
We process your name, email, phone, the tickets bought and payment confirmation. Each ticket carries a unique code that is scanned at entry. Where an organiser requires named tickets, the attendee's name is printed on the ticket and checked against an ID at the door, but the ID is not recorded.
3. Sharing with organisers
When we sell tickets for another organiser, that organiser receives attendee data only where necessary for the event (for example, named tickets or a conference badge list). For marketing, organisers receive your contact details only if you tick a separate consent box at checkout.
4. Event photos
Events we produce may be photographed and filmed. This is announced on tickets and at the venue. You can ask our staff not to be photographed, and request removal of published photos where you are clearly identifiable.
5. Conference registration
For congresses and fairs we process name, organisation, position and badge type. Exhibitors receive your details only if you let them scan your badge.
6. Event staff and trainees
We process applicants' CVs, employment data, shift records and training results.
7. Equipment rental
Renters provide company or identity details and a deposit. Rented laptops are wiped before and after each rental; any data left on returned equipment is deleted without being viewed.
8. Research
Audience surveys are voluntary and reported in aggregate only.
9. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (fiscal, tax, event safety), consent (marketing, organiser sharing), legitimate interests (preventing ticket fraud, event security).
10. Recipients
Event organisers as described above, payment providers, venues and security contractors (attendee counts and named lists where required), tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.
11. Retention
- Ticket orders: as required by tax law; entry scan logs 90 days.
- Conference registration: 2 years.
- Staff records: as required by labour law.
- Survey data: anonymised after analysis.
12. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
